REGISTRATION PROCESS
GotSport PortalAll BSYSC registrations are processed securely through our official registration link via GotSport. Parents must follow the steps below to secure a roster spot.
1. CREATE ACCOUNT
Establish an individual player account, or a family account if registering multiple players.
2. SELECT TEAM
Request an established roster or enter the general player pool for new team formation. No Coach, No Team: Pool teams require a parent volunteer. If no one steps up, the roster is dissolved.
3. VERIFY AGE & PHOTO
Upload a valid age verification document (Birth Certificate or Passport) and a player photo into the secure system.

Payment is collected at checkout. Players are officially rostered to a team at the close of the registration period.
Strict Roster Parameter
Roster placement is strictly first-come, first-served. BSYSC does not hold places for any player. If a returning player delays and capacity is reached, they will not be placed on a team.
Operational Boundaries
To maintain our elite training standards while keeping registration affordable, BSYSC does not provide technical support for the GotSport platform. Technical support is exclusively available via their internal help center.

Parents must not, under any circumstance, email age verification documents (Birth Certificates, Passports) to BSYSC, its board members, or its coaches. All verification must happen securely within the GotSport portal.
Competitive registration requires a formal evaluation. Do not proceed unless you have attended a tryout and received an official invitation.
1. REGISTER FOR TRYOUT
Sign up to attend a formal evaluation session for team placement consideration.
2. ACCEPT INVITATION
Receive and officially accept your GotSport roster invitation from the coach for your designated competitive team.
3. REGISTER, VERIFY AGE, PHOTO & SAFETY
Upload a valid age verification document (Birth Certificate/Passport) and a player photo.

FinancialsStructured Installment Plan
Baytown Saints Youth Soccer Club provides a structured installment plan to help families spread out the cost of their registration over a 5-Month Installment Window.
The maximum 5-month installment window initiates on April 15th. Installment tiers are automated based on the date of registration. BSYSC administration cannot manually override or extend payment plans.
*Payment plans are NOT available for Single Season registrations.
