Registration Process
All BSYSC registrations are processed securely through our official registration link via GotSport. Follow the steps below to secure your roster spot.
Create Account
Establish an individual player account, or a family account if registering multiple players.
Select Team
Input player specifics and age. Choose to return to a previous team, select a new team, or choose "any team" if new.
Verify Age
Upload a valid age verification document (Birth Certificate or Passport) into the secure system.
Checkout & Roster
Payment is collected at checkout. Players are officially rostered to a team at the close of the registration and rostering period.
Structured Installment Plan
Tuition is amortized over the season ending August 15th. To secure the maximum 5-Month Installment Window, registration must be initialized by April 15th. Late registration results in compressed payments.
*Payment plans are NOT available for Single Season registrations.
Match Kit Protocol
For Inter-League and Competitive divisions (U9 and above), official match kits must be ordered directly through our retail partner. Please complete your registration before ordering.

Locate Club
Search for the Baytown Saints official club store.
Find Roster
Select your player's assigned team from the directory.
Select Player
Choose your player's name to order their personalized kit.
Industry Notice: Supply Chain & Contingency Attire
Due to the extreme volume of nationwide soccer registrations happening concurrently during the seasonal transition, uniform stock shortages and shipping backorders are a common industry challenge. Please note that BSYSC does not control retail inventory or fulfillment timelines. We strongly encourage parents to order match kits the moment their team store is published.
Proactive Contingency Plan: We recommend purchasing a plain Red or White Adidas athletic shirt, matching shorts, and socks from your local Academy Sports + Outdoors. This gear serves perfectly as standard practice attire. In the event your official kit is delayed, a number can easily be heat-pressed onto the back, allowing it to serve as an approved temporary game uniform. (Club Colors: Red, White, and Black).

Please review the start dates and communication protocols for your respective division to ensure a smooth transition into the season.
Recreational Teams
Fall Season: Games begin the weekend after Labor Day.
Spring Season: Last 2 weekends of March (Official Day to be determined).
Official start of season dates posted here are approximates. Final Official Start of season dates will be communicated to all Head Coaches and Parents two weeks prior to the first set of games.
Practices: Volunteer Head Coaches are expected to start practices 2 weeks prior to the first game. Parents are encouraged to reach out to their coach as soon as a player is rostered to a team. Parents can find their Team / Head Coach contact information using our search tool.

Parents must be in full communication with their coaches to fully understand the team requirements and expectations prior to the first match.
