Registration Process
Strict Roster Parameter (First-Come, First-Served)
Baytown Saints Youth Soccer Club follows a strict first-come, first-served basis for all recreational program registrations. BSYSC does not hold roster places for any player. If a returning player delays registration and the roster capacity is reached, they will not be placed on a team. Once a player is rostered and a team is full, the system strictly enforces the roster cap rule.
All BSYSC registrations are processed securely through our official registration link via GotSport. Parents must follow the steps below to secure a roster spot.
Create Account
Establish an individual player account, or a family account if registering multiple players.
Select Team
Input player specifics and age. Choose to return to a previous team, select a new team, or choose "any team".
Verify Age
Upload a valid age verification document (Birth Certificate or Passport) into the secure system.
Checkout & Roster
Payment is collected at checkout. Players are officially rostered to a team at the close of the registration period.
Operational Boundaries
To maintain our elite training standards while keeping registration affordable, BSYSC does not provide technical support for the GotSport platform. Technical support for GotSport is exclusively available via their internal help center.

Parents must not, under any circumstance, email age verification documents (Birth Certificates, Passports) to BSYSC, its board members, or its coaches. All verification must happen securely within the GotSport portal.
Competitive Teams Exception
Competitive team registrations are by invitation only. A direct registration link will be provided by your competitive coach after tryouts if a player has made the team.
Structured Installment Plan
Baytown Saints Youth Soccer Club provides a structured installment plan to help families spread out the cost of their registration over a 5-Month Installment Window.
The maximum 5-month installment window initiates on April 15th. In order to take full advantage of the 5 monthly installments, parents must register early. The later you register, the fewer installment payments will be available, resulting in a larger initial payment.
*Payment plans are NOT available for Single Season registrations.
Match Kit Protocol
Mandatory Pre-Ordering Setup
Before a uniform can be ordered, the following sequence must be complete:
- The player must be fully registered and paid (or enrolled in a payment plan).
- The player must be officially rostered to a finalized team.
- Once the team roster is locked by the board, the player data is pushed to our retail partner's dashboard.
Do not attempt to order a uniform immediately after registering. Wait until your coach contacts you.
For Inter-League and Competitive divisions (U9 and above), official match kits must be ordered directly through our retail partner via the steps below.

Locate Club
Search for the Baytown Saints official club store.
Find Roster
Select your player's assigned team from the directory.
Select Player
Choose your player's name to order their personalized kit.
Industry Notice: Supply Chain
Due to the extreme volume of nationwide soccer registrations happening concurrently during the seasonal transition, uniform stock shortages and shipping backorders are a common industry challenge. Please note that BSYSC does not control retail inventory or fulfillment timelines.
Proactive Contingency Plan: We recommend purchasing a plain Red or White Adidas athletic shirt, matching shorts, and socks from your local Academy Sports + Outdoors. This gear serves perfectly as standard practice attire. In the event your official kit is delayed, a number can easily be heat-pressed onto the back, allowing it to serve as an approved temporary game uniform. (Club Colors: Red, White, and Black).
Start of Season Info
Please review the start dates and communication protocols for your respective division to ensure a smooth transition into the season.
Recreational Teams
Fall Season: Games begin the weekend after Labor Day.
Spring Season: Last 2 weekends of March (Official Day to be determined).
Official start of season dates posted here are approximates. Final Official Start of season dates will be communicated to all Head Coaches and Parents two weeks prior to the first set of games.
Practices: Volunteer Head Coaches are expected to start practices 2 weeks prior to the first game. Parents are encouraged to reach out to their coach as soon as a player is rostered to a team.
