If you witness a member violating club norms, displaying unethical behavior, or breaking STYSA/USSF guidelines, it is your right and responsibility to report the incident.

How The Process Works

Once a report is submitted, it is instantly encrypted and routed directly to BSYSC Discipline & Protest Operations. Operations will review the details, gather evidence, and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include hearings, suspensions, or permanent removal from the club.

If you choose to remain anonymous, we cannot contact you for follow-up details or provide you with a resolution status.
