The Vetting Process

BSYSC maintains a rigorous, professional environment. To ensure the safety and development of our athletes, all coaches must complete a mandatory two-step onboarding process to achieve full compliance with both BSYSC and the South Texas Youth Soccer Association (STYSA).

Club Intake Application

Submit your personal details, qualifications, and requested team assignments directly to Registrations Operations for review.

GotSport Compliance

Upon application approval, you will receive an official link to GotSport to complete your Background Check, SafeSport Certification, CDC Concussion Training, and upload a Passport Style Picture.

BSYSC is a community-driven club fueled by passionate volunteers. While we welcome all dedicated soccer enthusiasts, our core foundation is built upon parent volunteers. We have a proud track record of parent-coaches beginning at U6 and developing alongside their team all the way through U19! To properly link your coaching profile to your child's team, please provide the registered player's name below.

Governance & Code of Conduct Acknowledgment I acknowledge and agree to abide by all bylaws, policies, procedures, and Codes of Conduct established by the Baytown Saints Youth Soccer Club (BSYSC). Furthermore, I understand that BSYSC operates strictly under the governance of the South Texas Youth Soccer Association (STYSA) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). I agree to be bound by their disciplinary guidelines and acknowledge that any violation of these standards may result in immediate suspension or removal from my coaching duties.

GotSport Compliance Acknowledgment I understand that this form is only Step 1. I acknowledge that I cannot be officially assigned to a team roster until I complete my Background Check, SafeSport Certification, CDC Concussion module, and upload a Passport Style Picture inside the GotSport system.
