Facility Requirements: Critical Response

  • 01 Dial 911 for all life-threatening medical emergencies.
  • 02 Provide location: Baytown Soccer Complex, 9600 N. Main St. Baytown TX, 77523 and Field Number.
  • 03 Open service road gates to allow service vehicle access if necessary.
  • 04 Have a person located at the entrance of the Baytown Soccer Complex to flag down EMS.
  • 05 Execute "Recognize to Recover" protocols for head/cardiac trauma.
  • 06 Once the emergency is cleared, communicate the incident to BSYSC Board Members.
