This diagnostic tool enables you to select a specific field, log infrastructure anomalies, review your audit, and transmit the final report. By crowdsourcing parental and coach inspections, we establish a vital secondary layer of quality assurance to guarantee optimal, safe pitch conditions for all athletes.
1. Select Field Number
Required: Map reference Fields 1-8. Field 1 is on the NW Corner; Field 8 is closest to the lake.
2. Irrigation Systems
Select Row & Letter to identify the specific head.
3. Goal Issues
Report: Damaged Goal Frame, Unattached Net, Broken/Torn Net, Pests/Hives on Goal.
4. General Turf Issues
Report: Turf Hole/Divot, Standing Water, Ant Mounds/Pests.
5. Record My GPS Location
Geographic fix required: With 15 active playable acres distributed across a 168-acre facility complex, high-precision telemetry coordinates isolate exact physical coordinates for grounds crews and asset maintenance dispatch.
6. Additional Operational Notes
