A New Era for Baytown Saints
Commissioner Tom S. Ramsey, P.E. and Harris County Precinct 3 have been fundamental in the ongoing operations and success of the Baytown Saints Youth Soccer Club. Following the pivotal redistricting transition from Precinct 2 to Precinct 3, BSYSC went from a club historically left in the shadows to one empowered by unprecedented local government collaboration. Today, we work hand-in-hand with Precinct 3 leadership to drastically improve the quality of service provided to the City of Baytown, its residents, and the surrounding areas.
Most notably, Commissioner Ramsey has been the driving force behind securing the monumental expansion of the Baytown Soccer Complex. By championing the initiative to double our capacity from 8 fields to a staggering 16 fields, he is actively transforming our home grounds into a future Regional Soccer Hub. His continued dedication ensures our youth have a world-class environment to develop, compete, and thrive.
