Invoicing & Approval Process
  • Review: Your request will be reviewed by the Field Coordinator to ensure field availability and verify format blocks.
  • Notice: Standard requests require a minimum of 7 days advance notice (unless an Exception PIN is used).
  • Invoicing: Once logistics (Field, Striping, and Referees) are approved, an official invoice will be sent to the Primary Email provided.
* MANDATORY STYSA COMPLIANCE: By submitting this request, you confirm that both teams are STYSA sanctioned and all participating coaching staff possess valid, up-to-date KidSafe cards.
