If you are ready to access STYSA and sanctioned leagues, we provide the 501(c)(3) umbrella and the digital gateway. You manage your teams, and we clear the pathway to the pitch.

ELHYSA operates exclusively as a direct sanctioning gateway and 501(c)(3) umbrella. We do not manage league schedules, govern match play, or oversee daily franchise operations. Therefore, ELHYSA does not process, review, or adjudicate disciplinary matters or protests.

All incident reports must be directed to the specific operational governing body where the event occurred:

As part of your upfront registration, a portion of the exact STYSA fee you pay directly funds your franchise’s insurance coverage. ELHYSA does not charge a markup, and we do not act as an insurance broker. We simply route your funds to secure your coverage.

Claims & Processing Jurisdiction

ELHYSA provides the gateway to this coverage, but we do not process, review, or submit medical claims.

In the event of an injury, it is the sole responsibility of the autonomous franchise and the player's family to initiate the claim process. All injury reports, medical paperwork, and insurance tracking must be managed directly between the injured party and STYSA.

ELHYSA does not curate, recommend, or maintain directories of local leagues, venues, or external tournaments. We do not act as a concierge service. Our role is strictly infrastructural: we provide the direct sanctioning pipeline to STYSA and the integrating U.S. Soccer landscape.

Whether you determine that your teams belong in EDPL, the H-Town Youth Soccer League, or any other sanctioned competition, that research and selection process is entirely yours. You scout the leagues, you select the best competitive environment for your franchise, and we validate your rosters so you can play. You do the research; we clear the gate.
