BSYSC Coaches are all volunteer Coaches with different levels of experience.
No experience is required to be a Head or Assistant Coach with BSYSC.
BSYSC provides coaches with continued support and coaching education opportunities.
Coaches have access to training lesson plans.
all head coaches WHO COACH THEIR CHILD’s team (1 per team being coached), ARE ELIGIBLE TO receive up to 100% REIMBURSEMENT for their child’s registration.
cOACHES MUST REMAIN IN GOOD STANDING THROUGHOUT THE SEASONal year TO MAINTAIN ELIGIBILITY.
must SUCCESSFULly complete the us soccer grassroots training course for the age group they are coaching.

Los entrenadores de BSYSC son todos entrenadores voluntarios con diferentes niveles de experiencia.
No se requiere experiencia para ser entrenador principal o asistente en BSYSC.
BSYSC brinda a los entrenadores apoyo continuo y oportunidades de educación como entrenador.
Los entrenadores tienen acceso a planes de lecciones de capacitación.
Todos los entrenadores en jefe que entrenan al equipo de sus hijos (1 por equipo entrenado), SON ELEGIBLES PARA recibir hasta el 100% de REEMBOLSO por la inscripción de sus hijos.
LOS ENTRENADORES DEBEN PERMANECER EN BUEN ESTADO DURANTE EL AÑO DE TEMPORADA PARA MANTENER LA ELEGIBILIDAD.
Deben completar con ÉXITO el curso de formación de fútbol base de Estados Unidos para el grupo de edad que están entrenando.
